Responsibilities include making minor repairs, performing cleaning and ground maintenance duties, and operating assigned equipment.
Makes minor repairs such as unstopping sinks or replacing light bulbs. Performs minor carpentry repairs as needed. Makes minor repairs to equipment and/or appliances. Maintains tools and supplies. Maintains the cleanliness of grounds. Keeps floors clean by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and buffing. Performs ground maintenance by mowing and weed eating. Assists in moving furniture and equipment as needed. Keep sidewalks free of ice, snow and/or debris. Operates and maintains equipment as assigned. Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. An additional six months or less related experience is required.
A valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating is preferred.
