Responds to inquiries from tribal members by mail, telephone or in person requesting tags, titles, liens and taxes, reviews title and registrations, collects and mails dropped off information, forwards letters to tribal members.
Answers incoming calls and determines needs of caller; dispatches calls to officers; coordinates emergency situations with appropriate agencies; operates radios and computers; maintains logs, lists and other appropriate paperwork, and compiles and tabulates data.
Assists the Training Program Supervisor in the planning, organizing and conducting of a comprehensive educational program on the practices and principles of emergency medical care and to instruct Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) and Paramedic courses.
Writes, types or enters information into computer to prepare correspondences, bills, statements, receipts, checks, and/or other documents. Performs routine clerical and typing tasks involved in processing varied office materials such as form letters, requisitions, spreadsheets, flow charts, workpapers, and envelopes. Verifies information for accuracy and completeness against existing records, posts information to records or ledgers, and issues equipment. Greets callers and assists them with general problems or complaints, answers telephones, refers calls or takes accurate and complete messages.
Develops and maintains records and implements guidelines for area as well as maintains the overall quality of the classroom under the supervision of the Lead Teacher, Site Supervisor or Center Operations Specialist. Assists in providing a stimulating and comprehensive learning environment for infants and toddlers or Head Start children (three to five-year-old) and performs all responsibilities in the Lead Teacher's absence. Assures all State Licensing Guidelines and Performance standards are followed.
Monitors, evaluates, and audits a variety of activities and/or departmental units within the casino and regulatory operations for financial and operational controls and regulatory compliance. Assists in the development of control systems and verifies that controls exist and are operating effectively.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Must be familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
